Which Waivers Should I Fill?

  1. RANGE RULES AND WAIVER: You’ll need to fill out this waiver if your class has any live fire exercise or range time.
  2. TRAINING WAIVER: Every student or participants needs to fill this waiver before checking in.

Disqualifying Factors

Before making a reservation, consider the following:


The following people are disqualified from possessing, renting, and/or handling firearms:



  • a. Any person who is an unlawful user of, addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance, even if they possess a medical marijuana card, or even if marijuana becomes legalized at a State level.
  • b. Any fugitive of justice.
  • c. Anyone convicted in any court, including a military court, of a felony, or any other crime for which the judge could have imprisoned them for more than a year, even if they received a shorter sentence, including probation.
  • d. People who have been adjudicated as a mental defective or have ever been committed to a mental institution.
  • e. People who are currently addicted to alcohol (alcoholics).
